Snickerdoodle

1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup Crisco
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 cups flour
2 tsp Cream of Tartar
1 tsp Soda
1/4 tsp Salt (bam!)
2 tbs Sugar
2 tsp Cinnamon

Mix first 8 ingredients, then roll 1 tsp of dough into a ball, then roll it in the Sugar-Cinnamon mixture.
Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
