              Sour Cream Coffee Cake 


Ingredients:

1 1/2 sticks margarine or butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 cups all purpose flour 
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream

Sugar Nut Mixture:

3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Cream the butter and sugar, then add eggs and then vanilla.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
Add alternating with sour cream.
Place half the batter in a greased and floured Bundt pan.
Sprinkle the sugar nut mixture around the batter.
Add remaining batter on top.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 20 min or until done.




 Connie's delicious Zucchini Bread

Ingredients:

3 cups flour
1/2 cup sour cream
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup grated zucchini
1 cup chopped nuts or raisins
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Directions:

Grease (2) 9x5x3 loaf pans.
Mix all ingredients for several minutes.
Pour into pans and bake at 350 for 1 hour and 20 min or when done (check after 1 hour).
Let cool in pans in wire racks.
