White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies

 

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup butter
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup Crisco
• 1 egg
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup white chips
• 7 ounces chopped macadamias

Bake at 350 for 10-12 min
