2 cups Chopped Onions
2 cups Mayonnaise
8 oz Grated Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese to Put on Top
Mix all ingredients and place in a baking dish
Sprinkle Parmesan Cheese on Top
Bake at 350 for 30 or 40 minutes
Serve with Wheat Thins or any other type of small crackers.
